In May an object fell off a truck and caused minor damage to my car. I got the truck drivers details etc (admission) even their insurance form completed by them and sent to outsurance. No feedback at all, just informed that they have a process that takes time. Absolute nonsense! I asked if Outsurance would wait 5 months for my premium... yeah right! Collusion at its best between insurance companies. I have been told that because I dont agree that I "dont understand". I dont agree with, murder and incest but oops maybe I just dont understand? Absolute rubbish service.
