Here I am trying to inquire about my 32days account as I didn't know how to go about making changes. Then this so called man who forgot 'customer service' didn't even greet me with a smile. Firstly you need to have manners when your dealing with clients. Now while I was inquiring this paul guy was just sarcastic about my query. Like really, why would a banker ask 'why open a 32days notice account' like really, why are u offering it then. Anyway, he started telling me that I should go inquire else where and even bragged. What is wrong with this bank??
