My billing problem finally sorted out and refunded

After leaving a message on Hello Peter I contacted Absa Finance Call centre again. Was helped by Letia Mabaso re 1-1149704105. I related my catalogue of errors and let downs by her colleagues. She promised to have me refunded by the end of the day and the incorrect direct debit cancelled (really really) and she kept her word. Have been refunded the monies owed.

Also received follow up calls and email as a consequence of my report here. Hurrah to Hello Peter. Thanks to Absa for finally sorting this out.
