Standand bank: no callback after taking R100 at ATM

Hi. I withdrew R300 from the ATM at the Shell garage in Croydon on 5 May 2013, the ATM only dispensed R200. I logged two calls- Ref:53091663 and 53071505. Nobody called me back. I phoned again on 27/5, Ntokoza Magwaza promised to find out what happened and return a call the next day, nothing. Called again on 6/06, Ntabiseng Tauwatswala answered and promised to follow up, escalate the matter and call back the next day, again nothing happened.
01/07, Bontle Tshagong placed me on hold for ages. I had to hang-up to enter a meeting.
The R100 that Standard Bank took and never returned is the start of the problem, the fact that nobody returned or returns my calls is the issue here.
As I type this mail, I've been placed on hold by some call centre agent. 15min waiting already.
Terrible service.
Nobody getting back to me, and they gladly keep my R100.
