She needs extensive customer service training

Morning

This morning I went to Absa in Pretoria CBD was greeted by friendly security staff, who told me where I can go to open a new account. This is not the first time I go to Absa on regular basis since my younger sister has an Absa account, the tellers are always friendly. The lady @ the reception was equally friendly until I met a devil called Cynthia Raseboya she was so rude and had bad attitude. When I asked her why she is being so rude she then said she will ask someone else to assist me I told herI'm already at her office she then stood up and came back with another gentlemen whom I think needs a promotion he even apologized on her behalf!!!
