Absa Northgate Manager - Jill

As a member of Absa for over 10 years, I have never been so insulted and disgusted at the service given by the Branch Manager of ABSA Northgate. My 7 years old son managed to save up some money (coins) and decided to go change it into notes. He sorted the cash out into 10c, 20c, 50c. When we get to the bank we were told that they will not accpet it and that he/I needs to put them into bank packets of R10 denomiation. Firstly, banks have a machine that can weigh the coins and give an exact amount, but i guess they were too lay to assist a child as he didnt bring in large amounts of cash. Jill then came to me and advised of the same, I said its a child and its an experience for him, I guess this woman got no compassion when it comes to Kids. She ended off screaming at me like she was in the street. For a manager to behave like an uncultured, uneducated person goes beyondme. She had no tact, or approach. I walked out to my sons sad face. I certainly hope this woman gets whats due to her. She should never be in a position to cause people distress. Now that i think about it, i should have said something to make her feel my sons pain, but I guess her mind was on food. hint.
