Rejection of Coins and poor excuses, laziness to do work.
At 12:10 Midday on 28/01/2013, I had R 6 000.00 in silver coins sorted out all old R5"s in 1 bag and all new R5's in a separate bag, R2's in a separate bag and ready to be deposited. I went to my customer in Industria, Johannesburg. I then went the Absa Bank in Industria when i got to the Branch and went to the bulk teller, the bulk teller told me she is not excepting my coins and i asked why she told me the coins need to be in packets or bags of a R 1000, so her name is Stella and she told me she wont help me and i must count it myself and put it in other more bags because it will take her more than 30min to move them and she needs to help the tellers because the branch has people and they can't cope. Stella called her supervisor which is Christine and I explained her at other branches where I go to I was always instructed to sort the coins out and put them into separate bags and bring them and it will be weighed and deposited, Christine refused to count them until i fort with her to put them in bags of a R 1000, which i refused.
