Worst service

I have been standing @ fnb riverside branch for over 45 minutes in que to be assitsted by only one cashier. I find this to be a pethetic service at its best. The explanation provided is that people are on lunch. How dare does a newely renovated branch provide such critical service. I'm very dissapointed with this kind of service.

So unacceptable
