A company's true character shows when they have to come back to you for something. Even worse if they have to come back to you regarding a cancellation request. Well, Platinum Life has a great marketing and well spoken sales team... and even better after sales service. Reluctantly I had to cancel my disability cover with them, but they really went the extra mile to assist me in my time of difficulty.
