Call centre does not phone back when they cut you

This is the second time today that I was cut off, and I don't see why I should phone back. First the lady could not help me as the system went down while I was on the call. I dialed 087 575 9404, so you can go check who dealt with the query. Ah his name is Sheldon and he just sent me a mail to rate him! Please sort the qeury out. In June, you will see several deposits made right after each other and your ATM machines, as specially at Northgate and Clearwater does not take the total monies. If we deposit it again it suddenly does??? Please reverse all the fees related to this, as you have charged us each time for a deposit. And fix your machines!!! I am not going to pay for your technology that is not working.
