Good day,
I hereby would like to thank Platinum Health for the best ever service iv'e seen in a long time. Not only did they pay out when we heard the worst news ever, that my husband has cancer, but they kept on phoning to know how he is doning and even sent the most exiting gift pack any sick person would need :) After that they have sent a voucher for Pick 'n Pay, and you all know how the bills can pile up in a time like this, so they gave us the opportunity to fill up our groceries properly!
This all was the last way we expected to be treated as everyone is always under the impression that insurances just wants to make money. With Platinum Life it is not the case.
I would like to thank these special persons: Yolandi Swanepoel; Dhashnee Arunachellum; Leandi Schoonees for great and friendly service.
Lastly I would like to thank Platinum Health for everything they did and for the great staff they have to deal with their clients.
