Refund for incorrect amount due to my oversight

Just a massive thank you to Warren/Robyn/Corne at Prepaid 24 for there amazing service. On Saturday night was paying some bills and needed to buy some electricity. My mind was elsewhere. Instead of asking for R500 worth of electricity I purchased R5000. I sent an email off to customer support detailing my error. Within 10 minutes I received a phone call from Warren who said they would be able to arrange for the refund and it wouldn't be a problem. This is service and I am so grateful to them for their help. I am in the retail game and find customers are very quick to report bad service but rarely report good service. My refund will be processed today :)

I would recommend prepaid 24 to anybody for the ease of there services and friendly staff who are patient and look kindly on silly oversights such as mine.
