Premier banking system failure

I applied online, specifically for the ebucks benefit FNB offers. After being issued with a Platinum card (I have my Masters in Architecture), and after 3 months of using my new account, I realized no eBucks were being issued. I found out that one has to earn a minImum of R16000 in order for this to work- however, I am newly graduated with little experience and hence not earning the required minimum. I spoke to Vuyo Maqungu of the Premier resolution complaints division (REF 20130916_204607869), who helpfully transferred my account to that of a Young Professional. However, none of my eBucks have been reclaimed and whats more I can no longer log into my online account. The helpline told me that I need a new card and pin. I have emailed, recorded messages and waited for more that 10 minutes at a time for somebody to help me as I need to make payments urgently. No one has gotten back to me. There is a huge flaw in the premier banking system status, and it is frustrating that our income is merely assumed according to our profession. I am seriously considering closing my account and opening a new one elsewhere as it seems it would be less effort!
