Made to feel like a After claim

I lodged a claim with outsurance on the 18th of June after we suffered a break in at our house. The claim was referred to SIAS for assessing and Elsabe Kelder was appointed as assessor. She phoned and made an appointment to come and see me on the Thursday 20 June. She arrived late for the appointment but I luckily made arrangements with my employer for most of the afternoon. She asked all the relevant questions and hammered on about a watch I use to own and claimed for on a previous burglary claim about 5 years ago at a previous address. I waited passiently for the remainder of the next week for the claim to be finalized but to my suprized was asked to come to the ousturance building in Centurion. My "interrogation" started about me giving incorrect information when initially lodging the claim. I was made a and over and over by Elsabe's manager Jenn Kgomo. Why, how and when. They needed clear cut dates about my watch. Where I got it, why I gave the same details as before, why I couldn't remember as much about this watch. Why my story changed. I left there feeling like a rather than the victim. It was agreed that I would have a answer that afternoon, still waiting
