Customer need to bend backwards to sort the ca

It is now the 11th May 2013. I have an appointment with ABS for 13th May 2013. I was requested by Outsurance to remind Gerrit Van Eeden of my booking so that he can confirm the 'hire" car. I get a call from Avis to say that I need to fetch the car from Potch. That's the message she received from Outsurance. I am a single working class lady with no support around me due the crime in SA. Now I am not sure what I am going to do?? I hope someone can help!! This is how Outsuance bends backwards - I am so so disappointed for all their good they do - issues like this tannish the insurance industry. I am with Outsurance for more than 10 years; paid a minimum of R800 - R1200 per month over this period; this is the first claim and this is how I am treated. A total sum of R102 000 collected from me over this period but to oversee and damages of R20 000 is proven to be so difficult for Outsurance to acknowledge and complete what they suppose to do. It is not worth continuing with the services of Outsurance.
Avis sends a Text message with not contact details that I need to have my credit card for petrol of R750.00 - which I do not believe - this was never mentioned by Outsurance.
