I was contacted by a very pushy sales person from this company, who told me that one of my friends had joined the company, which was the only reason I decided to join. I could not get any paperwork before joining by phone, I had to join in order to get the paperwork stating exactly what I After calling my friend, who did not join, I was called again by the same sales person, and told him to cancel the entire policy, as he had to me. He promised to do so, but two days later I received an sms stating that I was now part of this scheme that I had cancelled. I sent a mail through on the company's website stating that I was not interested, and that they must cancel with immediate effect. I did not receive any response from "The Unlimited". Today I had two debit orders taken off my account totalling R98, for the services I had cancelled a month ago. I am reversing the debit orders on Monday, and I hope that this message will serve as a warning to all people that could be bullied into joining this so-called 'service'.
