On Saturday, 29 June I visited the Key West branch of Standard bank. At the client service desk I was discussing my problem with the clerk - Aletta Modibo if I recall correct. She was unable to resolve my problem and as was explaining to her that it was unacceptable, as that the same branch told me a day before to come back the next day to have the problem resolved, she said in a raised tone of voice "don't lose it... don't lose it" I do not expect to be treated like this in front of other clients!
If you tried to humiliate me - congratulations, you have succeeded...
Your attitude leave a lot to be desired!
