I joined the club in Nov 2013 and had an agreement with them after their visit to company. This was for No Joining fee. Everything else was then arranged, but then I was unable to to attend Dec. and January this year and also noted that my debit orders was not going off. I was then told after - 5 calls to the branch to confirm the issue that the membership was cancelled and I was never informed about it. They then said they need a few days to get it sorted and after 2 days since speaking to the Sales Manager I asked to keep the membership cancelled as I no longer want to attend the gym. He advised me that I will have to call again the Monday to confirm if it can be cancelled because the paperwork was already sent to the head office. I called back and had to speak to their admin department and I was then advised to call the call centre and I was holding on for 22 min. and no answer.
I am Fed up with the poor service and no longer want to be a member of this gym. Please cancel this urgently.
