Dropped calls/no answe

I contacted ABSA call centre with a query however, after the switchboard answered, no consultant answered or my call was dropped.

When I eventually spoke to someone, the person sounded bored and was unhelpful. She even told me that she was unsure about what I was enquiring about.

This is very bad service.
