ON the 28/06 I called Miway to get a quote on motor insurance for my new car. I first spoke to a lady by the name of Hope who was quite terrible and could not assist me in the least. I was then put on to Sheldon who really turned my experience around for the better. He spoke to me in a very accomodating manner and was able to answer all of my questions with no hassle. I suggest that you hang on to staff like Sheldon and get them to teach agents like Hope how to do things properly. Thank You Sheldon!
