Took out a policy in 2009 and was made to believe that having a tracker is compulsory and was offered by telesure to have one fitted free of cost to me NEVER once told about being bound by a 36 month contract with tracker. found out in 2012 when i wanted to cancel my policy about the contract with tracker. then only I did some homework and found out a tracker is not compulsory and all the premiums I was paying is including the tracker fees. Telesure refuses to accept they are at fault and keep on passing the blame on to tracker as for Tracker that is another story. I want a manager to call me to resolve this I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER TELESALES CONSULTANT TO PHONE ME AND TELL ME THEY UNDERSTAND BUT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO, and it is my fault I did not read the terms & conditions which was only sent to me after the units where fitted to the cars.
