Home insurance Storm Damage - no feedback

I submitted a claim for Storm damage on 5 November 2012. The claim number is 12080256. I received a call from an assessor within 48 hours and they arranged for a site visit.

I had a personal emergence on the morning that they were due to be here and missed their visit.
I have since then not heard anything and our roof continues to leak badly and is causing internal damage.

I called the call centre in December and the claim was confirmed as open by the call centre automated message, but the call centre number advertised for homeowners claims does not provide the option to talk to an agent.

I called the general call centre three times this morning and have been on hold for over 30 minutes. I was eventually cut off.
I urgently request assistance with our claim and would apprecaite feedback.
