I am very unhappy with service received from absa. I was at tygervalley branch on Sunday 23rd June to make some ammendments to my loan accounts. As explained to the consultant this is an urgent matter and needed it sorted out by today and was promised it would be done this week. Today I called the consultant, was given a reference over the phone as the email system seemed to be faulty as email does not go through to both my email addresses provided. This is unnacceptable service, if you cannot send an email how can you queury and resolve my request. I want my request resolved no later than today.
