In the beginning of June I submitted a claim and I was told that my excess was 10% of the value of my car and I disputed that as it was never mentioned to me and asked them to retrieve the sales recordings... I asked how long was the turn around time and the agent said to me "I don't know" wow! Nonetheless I submitted everything I was asked to submit. two weeks gone pass without hearing anything about my claim and I decided to fix my car by myself .20 days later I received a call saying they want the details from my previous insurance I told them to forget about it as the car was fixed already. Now the lady said to me my excess was now R3000.00 not 10% anymore and they wont pay me and referred me to the manager who came out very arrogant with a don't care attitude telling me about company policies and procedures. All am saying this insurance is K and my friends and colleagues warned me about it, I wish I had listened to them. I have close to 5000 facebook friends and am gonna post this and tag them all and I will tweet about it too... Im leaving miway with your service, you are too quick to take premiums but very reluctant to pay out!! stuff you!!!
