I insured my golf cabrio with Miway and now that I need to claim because the roof stopped working after an accident, they said that they wont pay out. When I starting this insurance I clearly mentioned to them that I have a cabrio and I am paying the an extremely high price which also requires an excess to be paid and now the insurance wont fix my roof. I need someone to answer for this because I think it is ridiculous. This is the second time this is happening. The first time my car was broken into and they gave me issues when I wanted to claim so I fixed what ever I could under my owe cost and there is still stuff that isn't fixed from the first incident and I haven't complained but this is the second time and I refuse to accept this. Miway knew the risks when they insured me and I don't want any excuses. I pay a premium every month and everyone at Miway is acting as if they are doing me a favour by fixing my car. This is NOT a favour and I need my car sorted out NOW. I want feedback asap. Im tired of dealing with this insurance. They have excuses for everything when its time to claim.
