An Outsurance client reversed into my car and told me Outsurance is her Insurer and will deal with it. Since then as requested by Outsurance, I submitted the necessary documentation on 23/04/2013. Got a sms (24/04/2013) confirmation that they received claim forms and I need to contact a Nontobeko to arrange for a quotation - all done and submitted. Now I am still waiting on an authorisation to have the car repaired. I need to follow-up every time - no feedback - in between told by the panel beaters that the case was closed. Contacted again Nontobeko - promises not delivered on - CAR STILL NOT REPAIRED! absolutely pathetic service. If I used my own Insurer - long been driving with a repaired car. So glad that I am not with Outsurance and will never be a client of theirs.
