I was at you branch Rosettenvile on Saturday 20/04/2013 10:50 to pick up my load document. I was told i was late to pick up to get to the bank with a screaming tone by the lady with the tag name Mpho De Kock. I was not impressed with her bad attitude as she was screaming to anyone outside as we were 3years old.
Please can someone have a word with her as you lose a lot of customers.
