I have four accounts with standard bank some since 2003, last year I had numerous debit oders that I don't know and I would immediately contact the bank to reverse them untill I gave up because it was continuing then I decided to go for other bank. Unfortunate I thought since I don't receive my salary in it, these perpetrators won't access my account but I was wrong. Before i swithced to other bank, i asked consultant numerous times why can't they stop this because they admitted that indeed there's a problem and they said they are still investigating. Today I went to Klipfontein wanted to close the account, i waited 1 hour 30 min and finally when i told the consulted she said today its -600 whereas during the week it was -300 because of people accessing our account without permission. I asked for the manager and I was told she' on lunch from 13:30 until 15:00. They said I must wait again for someone who will assis but again after 15 min there was nothing and I left. At this moment I think I might be owing 2000 because no one is available to assist.
