Poor service

I had an accident on the 27 May 2013, my car was taken for repairs, firstly I struggled to get a car hire because the lady that was dealing with my claim by the name of Zama was constantly busy only got hold of her around 16:30 to take details of my claim & organise a car hire for me. I was later advised that I will be dealing with the consultant name Katlego for follow up regarding repairs of my car of which only called me once even though I was advised he will be giving me an update every week on a Tuesday but to my surprise I had to call him every week to find & could not get hold of him every time I called left messages but never bothered to return my call until 24 June when I demanded to speak to a manager was advised my car still being repaired cuz there was a delay in terms of getting parts of which the repairer only ordered 2 days later but now I have to suffer the consequences cuz my 30 day car hire is ending on the 29 June 2013 and still don't know what's happening with my car meaning I will be using the taxis all thanks to 1st for women
