Hi there
I am shocked with the level of service I have received from Old Mutual! We started the process of a Section 14 Transfer of funds in 2012 with all final signed documents being sent in March 2013.
After NUMEROUS emails requesting information as to what happened??? I have now received an email saying that nothing was done and that the documents have lapsed and we now need to start over! This is ridiculous!
I want someone to take ownership and fix this!
Today's email states the following email addresses:

[Email Removed]
Can their MANAGER please call me immediately to sort this out! As I would like someone in a position of authority to deal with!
THIS IS WHY I AM LEAVING OLD MUTUAL! I would highly recommend OTHER CLIENTS DO NOT USE OLD MUTUAL - their level of incompetence is unbelievable!
