Ad customer service received

I received an sms saying that you will deduct R746.08 this month. i called the call the call centre as i couldn't understand why i would have to paid so much. the Lady that i spoke to advised me that i skip payment for tow months and i ask her to re-check and she come back and said that its one month not two and she was also confused advised me that she will ask someone to sent the breakdown of how much i have paid so far.

i have been waiting for two days now and i have a good mind of taking all my policy to somewhere else.

if i don't get any report or feedback from you guys the latest today- tomorrow i am cancelling all my policies.
