I would like you to now my TOTAL disgust with FNB in Middelburg and I understand it's FNB as a whole. I wanted to open an business account but couldn't because I couldn't supply a green ID. I had a certified copy of my ID AND an affidavit AND a temporary ID AND an ID with my maiden name AND an certified copy of my marriage certificate. All that I got from them was sorry we need a green ID. That after I already have a savings account with FNB that is in my married surname but my statements still shows my maiden name. I would STRONGLY advise EVERYBODY else NOT to do business with FNB despite there beautiful adverts, mission and vision statements displayed in ALL there branches. All it is, is empty promises. I will be closing my savings shortly.
