Notebook still not fixed properly

My fiance had purchased a notebook from FNB and took out insurance on it with CIB, then the screen had cracked on it somehow. however it was repaired after a complaint to the ombudsman, now my issue is with the authorized repairer (Paragon Computers) that CIB used. The first problem is that when it was delivered to me Tuesday 25/06/2013 it was sent back as the bezel on the screen was not put on properly, i was told that it will be sorted out. it was but not properly as i opened the screen for the second time today the 26/06/2013 it had pulled loose at the same place. We will not accept this after paying R800 for the excess and the issue has not been fixed properly. CIB can contact me for more info or details.
