I emailed a letter to clientele mobile to cancel my contract for R38 a month for which I received R49 airtime. One of there staff phoned me to say she will look into the matter and get back to me as I did not recall being told the contract was for 24 months when it was taken out. She was supposed to get the records of the phone call to verify whether I was told the period of the contract. I am not financially able to pay anymore and now they are threatening to block my sim card if the monthly contract fee is not paid. I have sent various emails and am now tired of trying to contact them. I would like this matter to be sorted out as soon as possible before I have to take it further.
