Just disappointed

Last month in May was resigning at my old job and arrange with the bank to deduct my loan on da last day of the month which happened, In June i started my new job and i went to the branch to change date again but unfortunately the lady to me she cant help me i must call the call centre and i ask her to increase my 32day amount but it has never happened, what disappointed me the most is that when i called the call Centre they told me they cant help me i have to write a letter that i have change my job and i must send them my payslip, really for what now? even today i have still cant change my debit order date, i have been to the branch and i have called but never get helped. I am disgusted and disappointed.
