Terrible Service

I had an accident last year July 13th. I drove into the back of my boyfreind who was riding his brothers motorcycle. Outsurance paid the claim for my car and although the accident was my fault, they refused the claim of the motorcycle. I went to the Ombudsman and fought tooth and nail to get them to pay the claim. Their excuse is that there is a clause in their contract which states that they do not cover any members of my household. Why did i have fully comprehensive insurance with Outsurance for so many years when at the end of the day they stabbed me in the back rather than "bent over backwards". I now sit with a bill of around sixty thousand rand which i have to cover which i don't have. Surely this stupid clause should be disallowed. After all, referring back to a conversation right at the beginning of my claim, one of their advisors told me of an incident whereby a couple had an argument and the woman beat the mans car with a baseball bat and they paid for his car. Why did i get penalised after being a loyal customer and passing on their name as being a brilliant insurance company for all these years! My bad. They let me down terribly and i'm terribly dissappointed
