I phoned to enquire what my outstanding balance on my student loan is,
because I want to pay it off in full. Also wanted to know how to go about it, so I phoned ABSA bank
but was told that they cant help me and that I have to go to a branch to check, because of high incidence of... So if I what to settle an account it is??? Vert irritated with ABSA since I am a platinum account holder and work from 07:30 till 16:00, I can't just... "Go into the branch"... and this is not this first problem I have had with them!!! I have been with them since before they were Absa, but the problems are just getting bigger and bigger... Seriously considering to leave Absa!
