I am more than positively sure that all the employees at this so called lawyer firm of "ARA" are a bunch of bored housewives whose only authority is exerted on poor people who are already down on their luck!. they probably go to work with curlers in their hair!!!... People skills 101 was obviously not a core cirriculum for these people. they shout and threaten and charge you R17-10 for a phone call... that is just plain!! and over and above that, they phone you continuously through the month, so really how do they expect people to ever see a negative balance with these exorbitent fees... disgusting! They buy old PRESCRIBED DEBT and then threaten you into submission... and let me tell you, THEY DO NOT KNOW THEIR LAW!! what a f... ing joke! on principle I will not pay these loonies.
