I had an incident where my account was debited 4 days before it was suppose to go through --- for the last 12-18 months i never had problems it went of on the 25th (payday) -- i spoke to Nedbank officials at the personal loan call centre and they do know either why it went through -- i even requested that a manager phone me back just to let me know why it went through and that it will not happen again, but everytime they are not available or in meetings--- Saturday the 22nd of June i had to pay a deposit for a matric farewell dress to secure it for my daughter - and i couldnt -- it seems that we are only a number for Nedbank and they truely live there motto "WE MAKE THINGS HAPPEN" no matter what --- thx for yr pathetic feedback as of today NO MANAGER has phoned me back ----- BAD SERVICE!!!
