EMBARRESMENT DUE TO NEDBANK

Loan with Nedbank through Greystone
Every month the payment went through on the correct date (last day of the month) Suddenly they sent a sms
that I must make sure there is enough money in the account they taking it off tonight (21st of June 2013) I did not take note of it. I'm a pensioner I do some casual work for extra money when I need extra's that weekend
was my birthday and I work for I need money for snacks so my money was paid in and Nedbank took the
debit order of, I did not have money to pay for for my goodies. I had to borrow money EMBARRESMENT
I did that the people who instigated the change of debit order must be fired. Why must I be the only one to suffer. I email a Mr Peach information Brackenfell branch manager gave me. He forward my query to complaints (But no personal attention or phone call or any acknowledgement that the problem will be sorted)
They send me email it will be rectified but it happen to me again this weekend no money to spend
on my daughters matric dress. If you had a compliant with Absa and FNB the head office/the director will phone you does not matter how small your complaint is. DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH NEDBANK AVOID EMBARRESMENT
