Claim Procedure, Assesment and POOR SERVICE

They broke into my car Friday Evening, reported on Saturday. A &G instructed to obtain a SAPS case number, Claim Centre Closes at 1PM??? The SAPS investigated the incident on Saturday, Excellent service Paarl SAPS! On Monday they spoke to my wife 8am, she informed them that they should contact me for arrangements. I received a SMS on MY Cell, claim was registered 10h50am, at 11h05 a sms that Odendal Breakdown services was dispatched to fetch my car (That Ticked me off because NO arrangements were made with me) I then called the claim centre, had to leave a message, Centre agent not available. (Nothing happened) At 1pm i spoke to their manager Sandra Manuel explaining that the breakdown service collected and I am in the dark, around 3Pm Riaaz called me, comprehensional insurance they only cover a quarter of what was damaged. Yesterday I called them, My car was at the assessment centre from 13h33 on Monday and at 16h50 NO FEEDBACK! Left a message again for them to call me, He called me at 8am Today, stating that he has diarised to give me feedback Tomorrow at 3PM (That did it, I'm without my car for 6 days). I'm fetching my car now to get it fixed as A&G is Incompetend!! BAD SERVICE
