I recently paid up my account with MFC but have not had any feedback. I initially complained about the helpdesk and received a callback from Farzaana Bhikoo. I have on numerous occasions tried to contact Farzaana but she never responds to email and the helpdesk number never gets to an agent. The service at MFC is appauling. I require feedback on my account and if it has been closed but this impossible. MFC still needs to confirm if there will be a debit that will run at the end of this month.
