FNB is holding onto our money for their gain

Completed an inward transfer form almost a week ago and still waiting for our account to be credited with the funds. Try calling the consultant then you hold on for more than 10 minutes before just giving up.
This is just a small amount AND we are still waiting to be contacted by the forex department for a larger sum that was transferred by our client on 18/06/2013.
Not too sure how it works but FNB/Rand Merchant Bank is probably holding onto it to gain interest on the banks own account... as i don't believe it can take that long unless the workers really could not be bothered and take their time in processing transactions.
