Phone put down in ea

An FNB consultant called me this afternoon asking to speak to me about a credit card. I told her that someone had already contacted me to take a credit card out & that I had declined. I also told her that I still did not want a credit card, after which she put the phone down in my ear. All just because she did not get her way.

I do not appreciate this bad attitude & it is very unprofessional.
