Still waiting for someone to get back to me

So after my complaint Lerato from FNB called me and promised that she will assist with sorting out my problem regarding the "so called outstanding loan" that I have not paid. She said to me it will take 2 weeks to resolve but that it will be done... It is now June and I am yet to receive any form of communication from FNB confirming that the loan account was settled. After I spent 2 days emailing proof.. NICE! Thanks FNB!!
