When know one could help me

I had settled the finance on a vehicle in 2005 but had never received the owner registration (even though I had requested it in 2005) many calls and emails but were to no avail - not even the customer care center. Shane was one of many a contact numbers and just when i wanted to strangle the next person who passed me to another he went the extra mile - well he made calls sent emails and kept me informed. He was then transferred to another division and even though it was not his department to help he finally managed to help me get my registration certificate. I received it yesterday.
Yippee Shane thank you for your trouble and restoring my faith in customer service. You are an asset to your company. Thank you so much for your help. Regards Debbie
