I have an unfair practise with MFC, last week Tshepo call me and said I did not pay my last month instalment and i wasn't aware up until I went to that bank and fund out, my bank return payment after on 30th because of insufficient fund only to find that they one of my debit order went twice. I did call corrected this with the bank and they told me that I will get my money after 5 working days, I'v tyred to call MFC (Tshepo) and even sent email to him to notify my problem and promised to pay it as soon as possible but He told me that NO I HAVE TO KEEP THE CAR, BECAUSE YOU HAVE AN ARRANGEMENT ON YOUR INSTALMENT, I said to him I'm still going to pay my car this month, and he said NO SOMEONE IS COMING FOR COLLECTION. today someone has called me to collect the vehicle, WHAT IS THIS? THEY CANT EVEN LESSON YOUR SIDE OF YOUR STORE OR EVEN TO SEE IF YOUR MAKING ANY PAYMENT
