Complaint not attended to

I wish to find out what is happening with my complaint with reference 300682 and quiry "QP1521587: PV003 68759 - Accounts 2162500". Does FNB ever respond or resolve complaints or they just acknowledge that they've received it and nothing gets done about it. They say they will come back to me in 24 Hours but now it is more than 72 hours.
