WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

SO I CAME BACK LAST MONTH FROM OVERSEAS TO FIND THAT MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LOCKED. SO I VISIT ABSA AT TRADE ROUTE MALL NOT ONCE NOT TWICE BUT THREE TIME'S IN ONE DAY. THIS WAS ALL DUE TO A WATER AND LIGHTS STATEMENT THAT WAS SENT VIA EMAIL, THEY REQUIRED THE ORIGINAL EMAIL SENT. NEVERTHELESS I GET THE ORIGINAL EMAIL PRINTED GO BACK TO FIND MY DAD NEEDS TO SIGN ANOTHER FORM TO SAY THAT I AM STAYING WITH HIM. I WAS UNEMPLOYED AND TOTALLY FRUSTRATED I DID NOT RETURN. NOW THAT I AM EMPLOYED AND HAVE AND INCOME AND NEED MONEY FOR PETROL TO GO TO TO WORK I VISIT THE ABSA IN LENASIA WITH ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AND SIGNED. WELL IT SEEMS THAT NOW MY ID IS A PROBLEM AS THE PICTURE IS NOT VERY CLEAR AND IS ALIL BIT TATTERED. SO WHY COULD THE FIRST BRANCH EXCEPT IT AND THEN THE SECOND BRANCH. SO AFTER 4 VISITS TO ABSA I AM STILL WITHOUT AN OPEN ACCOUNT AND WHAT DO I DO FOR CASH AS IT TAKES 3MONTHS TO GET A NEW ID DOCUMENT.
