Capitec deducting before payday, after I asked them to deduct on the 1st of every month. I have never in my life spoken to a company's client services department and received the treatment I did from Charne. I am totally shocked and disgusted with her attitude towards your clients. She was not helpful AT ALL and was not at all interested in sorting out my problem, she did not even try! When I phoned back to confirm the details of the person I spoke to they refused to give any info to me.
